Return and Refund Policy
This policy applies to all orders placed on our online store. It must be read together with our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Return Period
You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with our commercial policy. For orders delivered within the European Union, the 14-day legal right of withdrawal also applies.
Conditions for Accepting a Return
To be accepted, the returned product must:

be new, unused, and in the same condition as when received

be returned with its tags and original packaging where applicable

be accompanied by proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product shows signs of use, damage attributable to the customer, missing elements, or if it does not comply with these conditions, except in cases of a defective product or an error on our part.

Any return request must be made before sending the package back.

No return will be accepted without prior authorization. If the request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
Return Costs and Risks
Except in the case of a defective product, a product damaged during delivery, or an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the return shipment is made at the customer’s risk until received at our warehouse.
We recommend sending returns with tracking and keeping proof of shipment.
Where permitted by law, initial shipping costs, services already performed, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
Defective Products or Order Errors
Please check your order upon receipt. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 to 72 hours, at contact@tango17.com, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will offer, depending on the situation and applicable law, a replacement, repair, or refund. Return costs will then be covered, or an alternative solution will be proposed.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

perishable products

customized or made-to-order products

opened or used hygiene or personal care items

hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

gift cards

final sale items or special promotions, when clearly indicated within the limits permitted by law

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with European and French legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of your order without having to provide any reason, except where legal exceptions apply.
Withdrawal must be notified within the legal timeframe. The product must be returned within a reasonable period after notification, and the customer may be held responsible for any loss in value of the product resulting from excessive handling.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item or size, you may request a return if the product is eligible and then place a new order.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within an estimated maximum of 10 business days. Additional delays may apply depending on your bank.
Where permitted by law, deductions may be applied, particularly in cases of product depreciation or incomplete returns.
International Orders
We deliver to France, Spain, the United States, and Mexico. Specific rights may apply depending on the customer’s country of residence.
Nothing in this policy limits the mandatory legal rights of consumers. In case of conflict, applicable law prevails.
Fraud and Dispute Prevention
We may request reasonable additional information to verify an order.
Any chargeback or banking dispute initiated without prior contact may delay resolution.
