Good women's ballroom dance shoes must above all offer comfort, support, and stability while allowing the foot enough freedom to accompany the dance movements.
The heel height and shape are particularly important. A lower or wider heel generally provides more stability, while a thinner, higher heel creates a more slender silhouette. The main thing is to choose a height with which you feel perfectly comfortable dancing.
Foot support is also essential. Straps, ties, and more or less open designs allow every dancer to find the women's dance shoes that match her preferences and foot shape.
