Our philosophy

Tango is an encounter.

Ours began with a step… and was sealed on January 17th.

tango17 was born from a true story.
The story of two Argentine tango teachers, united by dance, transmission and life.
We were married on January 17th, and we chose that number as our symbol:
that of commitment, connection and suspended time — essential values in tango.

Tango as a way of life

For us, tango doesn't stop at the dance floor.
It makes its way into everyday life, into simple gestures, into the objects that accompany us before and after dancing.

With tango17, we have imagined a collection of accessories inspired by the aesthetics and sensitivity of Argentine tango.
Elegant, discreet pieces, designed for those who experience tango as an inner presence.

The elegance of the link

We believe in an elegance that does not seek to impose itself.
An elegance that can be sensed, felt, and recognized among enthusiasts.

Each tango17 creation is chosen for:
- its refined simplicity
- its balance between emotion and usefulness
- his ability to evoke tango without ever explaining it

Because tango is first and foremost a silent conversation.

To transmit, with sincerity

As teachers, transmission is at the heart of our approach.
Our aesthetic choices, like our teaching, prioritize quality, sensitivity, and accuracy.

We don't follow trends.
We are following a vision.

A vision faithful to the spirit of Argentine tango: respectful of tradition, living in the present.

Tango17 — a signature:

Wearing a tango17 accessory is not a way of displaying affiliation.
It's about recognizing a common language.

The one of the embrace, of listening, of sharing time.
The dancers who know that what is most important is not visible.

"Tango is danced by two people.
He lived it every day."
